PAYMENT:
Accepted payment methods are Paypal, check, or US Postal money orders (and C.O.D. if you live within 45 minutes of the business). There will be a $2.50 delivery charge for product delivered to your home or work.
All personal checks must clear my bank before item will be sent and if the check does not clear, you will be charged the bank fees that we incur ($15 minimum), which could add an additional 1 to 2 weeks to your delivery time. All checks MUST have a phone number and drivers license number. Those who do not; your check will be returned to you and no product will be sent.
We accept PayPal, This form of payment requires an account, however it is relatively easy to set up either one. Once you are set up with an account at either site, your credit card information is stored in your account and you can then use the account to make payments in the future, at our site or on any site that accepts these methods of payment, without having to re-enter your credit card information. Additionally, all orders are shipped upon verification of receipt of complete payment to the "Ship To" address on the buyer's payment account, so be sure that this information is up-to-date prior to making your purchase.
Payments by check or US Postal money order MUST be received within 1 week of purchase. The only type of Money Order we accept is a United States Postal money order.
SHIPPING:
We ship everyday. (Exceptions include: national holidays). Products purchased Friday afternoon and throughout the weekend are shipped on Monday. All domestic packages weighing up to 13 ounces are shipped via the US Postal Service First Class Mail. All domestic packages weighing over 13 ounces are primarily shipped via the US Postal Service, and occasionally via FedEx or UPS (at our discretion). Additionally, all orders are shipped (upon verification of receipt of complete payment) to the "Ship To" address on the buyer's payment account, so be sure that this information is up-to-date prior to making your purchase.
SHIPMENT TRACKING/DELIVERY TIME FRAME:
All of our orders are shipped with a delivery confirmation tracking number which is emailed directly to the buyer. Nevertheless, once a package has been received by the shipping service (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.), we cannot guarantee delivery time frames. All questions regarding delivery time frame (delays, etc.) should be directed towards the shipping service.
INSURANCE/SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION:
For all orders over $250.00 USD, signature confirmation is required. For domestic orders, the fee is $2.35 USD. The buyer is responsible for this fee and we will await full payment prior to shipping any orders requiring this service.
Insurance is entirely optional, but is recommended. We take great care in packaging our items to withstand the rigors of shipping, however we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or stolen during shipment. Please see our return policy for further details regarding damaged or defective items.
GUARANTEE/RETURN POLICY:
We want you to be100% satisfied with your purchase. If you feel the product received has been misrepresented or is defective, we will gladly exchange it. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including any return shipping charges. All returns must be received within 4 weeks of purchase. The merchandise must be unopened and all safety seals intact. Please contact us by email prior to returning any merchandise.
Cancellation of Order-
You may cancel your order at any time prior to the order being shipped. In which case, a full refund for the order including shipping costs will be issued. If your order has been shipped, upon receipt you will need to return the merchandise (at your expense) within 1 week or 7 days of receipt. Once the returned merchandise is received, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item(s), less any shipping costs.
